Terms and Conditions
Welcome to K2 Fight Gear Web site. Please review the following terms and conditions concerning your use of this site. By using this site, including downloading materials, you agree to these terms and conditions. K2 Fight Gear reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. These terms and conditions apply to all visits to the www.k2fightgear.com Web site, both now and in the future.
PRODUCT STATEMENTS AND IMAGES
All product images are for illustration purposes only.
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS FOR (MAINLAND UK ONLY)
UK orders which are placed and authorised will be despatched on the next working day, to the Cardholders address only. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping and/or billing information may result in delays to your order. We do not ship to P.O.Boxes. Orders are dispatched and will generally arrive within 2 - 5 working days from the date that you place your order and make payment. Please allow up to 10 days for unforeseen circumstances. All items will require a signature, please make sure you are available to sign for your delivery. If no person is available to sign for your delivery then a card will be posted informing you that a delivery attempt was made. It is deemed your responsibility to contact/collect from the courier in question.
International Shipping is 5 days, but please allow upto 10 days for unforeseen circumstances.
PAYMENT AND STOCK AVAILABILITY
We stock our products and for special items we have backorders! Unless
specifically noted on the item page, anything you order is physically in stock and will be dispatched the next working day. If for any unforeseen
reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate dispatch, you will
be notified via e-mail
After choosing your goods, you can proceed to the checkout and pay for your
order by credit or debit card through secure Paypal payment server. Payments made by cheque or
postal order will not be processed until we are in receipt of your cheque or
postal order.
Upon receipt of your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Up
until despatch of your order you have the right to cancel all or part of your
order. If you cancel only part of your order, please note that this may result
in a change in shipping fees in correspondence with our shipping fees and
policy at that time.
Payment Information
K2 Fight Gear accepts all major credit cards in Paypal.
After you check out on our store you'll land on the Paypal page, that does not mean that you need to have a Paypal account to shop with us. If you don't have a Paypal account and don't want one all you have to do is click on the option "Credit Card" shown on the image below and enter your credit card details, simple and secure as that!
ORDER ERRORS / DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
Should there be an error with your order or a faulty or damaged item within
your order, we require that you notify us in writing within 24 hours of
receipt. We will exchange the item for an undamaged replacement or the correct
product, or refund the cost of the item if the product is not available. You
will not be charged for the return postage or the replacement postage in this
case, providing that you return the item via the method we advise.
Whilst in your care, the parcel is deemed your responsibility. If you lose, use
or give away that parcel, no replacement will be provided. Once we have
received the returned item, we will despatch the corrected order on a next
working day service where possible.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your goods, we will accept the
return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.
There is a 3% handling charge included in all orders, which is non-refundable
in cases of unwanted items. If the unwanted items are returned in their
original condition including tags and packaging, odour-free, unused, unworn, we
will refund you any money which you have paid, minus the 3% handling charge, or
offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required.
You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted
goods and our original postage costs to you. We are not able to accept the
return of opened and/or part used goods.
All return items must have a returns number which can be obtained by
contacting sales@k2fightgear.com. No returns will be accepted without this
return number.
We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We
will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.
If an item is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to
receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer
and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the 3% handling fee and the
cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us.
If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item
is returned to us, the 3% handling fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery
both to the customer and the return delivery back to us.
Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions
unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in
transit.
No refunds will be given until the return goods have been received.
For your protection, undergarments, mouthguards, protective cups and
compression shorts cannot be returned, even if they are new and unused.
SALE ITEMS
Any items listed as Sale items are not eligable for return.
COMPLAINTS
All complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working day, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 we do not supply any of your
details to any third party. We are committed to protecting your personal
privacy and, in accordance with UK Data Protection law, we uphold strict
security procedures for the storage of your personal information.
When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address,
phone number and credit card information. We may record which products you are
interested in and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic
patterns which enable us to improve the service we provide.
This information is used to process orders and to provide a more personal
shopping experience.
You can request at any time, that we stop using your information and, that we
stop mailing information to you by sending e-mail to Unsubscribe@k2fightgear.com
CHANGING TERMS
We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
DISCLAIMER
Although K2 Fight Gear LTD has attempted to provide accurate information on
the Web site, information on this Web site may contain technical inaccuracies
of typographical errors.
The contents of any documents on the Web site are believed to be current and
accurate as of its publication date. K2 Fight Gear LTD assumes no
responsibility for the accuracy of the information. K2 Fight Gear may change
